We cannot own land
because the land owns us

Land is there before we are born and when we claim to own part of it we must stop other people from using it.
If this is a large area of tropical jungle there will be fruit that we can eat but animals will also eat the fruit so we do not own the fruit unless we guard it from animals. The land demands this of us. The land owns us.
If the land we claim to own is a small patch of arable land it demands our work to produce stuff to eat and fibres to wear. We are slaves to the land and must defend it from others who might use the product of our work.
The land owns us and demands our servitude.
I have observed that every human is an individual, unique electrochemical organism with thinking power greater than all of the computers ever made combined together.
We know that the human brain works through synapses in which electrochemical reactions trigger changes to take place throughout a three dimensional arrangement that results in there being more neural paths than there are atoms in the known universe.
The reason that this is so, is because we also know that all computers work in binary logic through two dimensional circuits and switches that are either on or off. Computers can never think as the human brain. Artificial Intelligenceis a dream that cannot come true. A robot can never become human but humans can be drugged and brainwashed to become robots.

  • There should be no such thing as wages.
  • We should have a token system based on wealth and services.
  • Society should distribute wealth in tokens for food, clothing, travel and leisure in the belief that everyone has the right to life.
  • Each human should have the right to warm accommodation, medical care and access to all communally maintained open spaces.
  • This should all be based on simple arithmetic and not 'economic theory'.
  • All of this should be controlled by computer software owned by the computer.

  • Ownership is based on the effort we have to put in to get anything out of the item we claim to own.
  • In UK law 'to own' is to have property in the item. In the case of shared property the division is called equity.
  • If you have put effort into caring for a flower that has grown on land that you claim to own, you have 100% equity in that flower if you wish to sell it.
  • To sell that flower you enter into a contract with the purchaser in which theproperty in that flower passes to the new owner in exchange for some token of the effort that they have put in.
  • For example a cook might give you money that was given to them for a cake.
  • This is NOT BARTER. It is trade using tokens of value.

Oh my goodness. Energy price cap could hit £3,000 in October with fuel poverty to rise sharply, E.ON boss warns.
I would have thought someone would have stepped in by then & stopped this ridiculousness? Either that or there is actually some kind of survival of the fittest thing going on.

  • Wage Slave
I hope you don't mind me commenting. I work for **** and over the last few months have helped save many local people £100's. We have the UK's cheapest energy on the market and our latest fixed deal is £500 cheaper then our closest competitor! I’d be happy to have a chat with you and see how we compare to your existing supplier? There’s no obligation to switch but who knows you could save yourself a lot of money.
You are at financial risk if there is a cap on the price you can sell at and the buy price is higher than the cap. The other products are subsidising the energy which isn't a good or sustainable long term business model.

  • Roger Alexander
There is no energy shortage and this price rise is political due to the system that presently has control of the western world. This fear is generated to cover the FACT that we are being scammed from the top down and are slaves to a currency system that makes us into money robots.

  • An Other
It is posturing and it has created an energy shortage for end users. If you believe that because there is oil in the ground there is not an energy shortage then by the same logic there is more energy than the world needs for the next hundred years or so locked up in those nuclear weapons that USA and Russia have.

  • An Other One
What I would say is, the world should not pay for energy in this century. We have the biggest free nuclear power plant call the sun. Also people killing other people in wars in 21st century is beyond madness. At least half of the previous century we were at war in some shape or form. Oh and food banks in the UK, are you kidding me, one of the richest countries in the world, seriously.

  • Capitalist
The Sun doesn't heat my water, heat my house, heat my swimming pool, light up my house at night, put fuel in our car, cook our food, it's does "sometimes" give me a Sun tan (not very often though). There have been wars since God created Man and Woman. It would be easy to scrap Food Banks, but the SNOWFLAKES human rights mobs, would take our government to court, if we scrapped our aids to other (some times richer countries than the UK) countries and used it in the UK instead.

  • Roger Alexander
    Wrong on every count.

  • Capitalist
    PROOF that I'm wrong ?

  • Roger Alexander
The energy from the sun causes chemical changes that result in hydrocarbons that heat your water, heat your house and swimming pool.
Heavy hydrocarbons power your car and generate the electricity that lights your house at night.
Heat from the sun causes winds that drive the windmills and the gravitational force causes tides that move the oceans from which we get tidal power

  • There have NOT been wars since the electrochemical organism (that you and every human is) evolved, utilising the heat from the sun, because wars result from weapons that are designed to kill and destroy.
Advances in humanity only occur during periods of peace when stupid people are not murdering each other for the pathetic purpose of claiming ownership.
Intelligent people study the laws of nature (gods laws) and codify them so that engineers can design and construct the facilities that we all enjoy.

  • It would be easy to give free food to the hungry and clothe cold people in the winter and house the homeless if it was not for the stupid people who use violence to impose their ownership on utilities and land that they did not create or provide.

  • There are no such things as human rights, we are entirely governed by the laws of nature and and each of us has the ability to help each other.
The people you describe as snowflakes are concerned for the people who are suffering from the stupidity of the control freaks who make the rules and spread the propaganda that brainwashes the masses into believing they are in debt to those who have claimed the right of ownership of capital.
The UK has never given aid to any other country but gives weapons to dictators and organisations that then use them to destroy and murder.
All the proof you are asking for is in the public domain and confirmed using the scientific method.

  • To a lady in Brazil

I have no money and you have no money but the people who own the land also have no money. This may seem strange butit is true all over the world.
The people who own the land need people like you to work the land and produce stuff that you sell for money and then the land owners take as much of the money as they can and leave you enough to eat and work.
This is how the capitalist system functions so the land owners have to go to the banks to lend them money to buy your produce before they can eat it and sell it to their rich friends.
We must remember this if we want to buy land. If land is up for sale it means that the owner has no money and is in debt to the bank. The bank can foreclose on the person they lent money to but that means they will have to pay an agent to sell the land!
All this means that land is not worth the money that is being asked and we can negotiate from a very strong point of view.
I can raise money from investors in my technology that I own in CPN. I want you to give me the prices for all the land that you can find suitable for you to farm at a profit. If this includes buildings it is good. We also need to know the history and previous prices paid for all this land.
